I purchased a printer from Target several days ago as well as cartridges. Upon discovering my new HP Desket F2100 series printer was not printing black ink I replaced the OEM cartridge with a new one, but it didn’t fit so nicely (I jammed it in with a screw driver).

Still the printer did not print. Frustrated that my printer did not come with the manual or disc I hunted down the box. Alas the printer hooked up to my computer (Deskjet F2100) was not the printer shown on the box (Deskjet F4435) and the ink I inserted hammer-style was different as well.

So I called Target and the wonderful customer service rep told me just to bring the improperly packaged, damaged printer back to the store, and they would replace it with a working printer.

As a token of my gratitude I am going to thoroughly test the soon to be returned F2100 printer by printing out all of my Social Psychology documents in full color with the supplied ink.
